Any sampling rate and bit resolution,

conversion should be done here with more precision

the source project rate is the most adequate.

VIRGIN EXPORT required

(meaning no dynamic plugs when exporting final mixes, and mix range from 0 to -5 db)

in WAV or AIFF in case you send a L/R export for mastering
